Rep Finder, a platform operated by The Connected One Inc ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.repfinder.info and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using Rep Finder, you agree to these Terms.

Overview of Services

• Rep Finder is a technology platform that allows users to connect with independent financial professionals, including accountants, bookkeepers, fractional CFOs, and financial advisors (collectively, "Professionals").
• Rep Finder does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
• Sam’s List is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, accounting firm, or provider of CFO services.
• Rep Finderdoes not recommend or match users with specific Professionals. Users independently decide which Professionals they wish to engage.

Professional Review Process & User Responsibilities

• Rep Finder reviews applications from Professionals before listing them on the Platform and verifies certain credentials where possible. However, users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any Professional.
• Users are encouraged to verify credentials through official regulatory sources, such as:
  • SEC Investment Adviser Public Disclosure (IAPD) – www.adviserinfo.sec.gov
  • FINRA BrokerCheck – www.brokercheck.finra.org
  • IRS Directory of Federal Tax Return Preparers – www.irs.gov
  • AICPA or the relevant state boards for CPA verification

Professional Responsibilities

• Professionals listed on Rep Finder must maintain valid licenses and comply with all applicable regulatory and ethical guidelines.
• Professionals are responsible for ensuring that all information on their profile is accurate and must update it within 7 days of any change.
• Rep Finder does not verify ongoing regulatory compliance after initial acceptance.

Compensation Disclosure & Conflicts of Interest

• Some Professionals pay for additional leads or enhanced visibility on Rep Finder.
• Paid placement does not affect rankings, recommendations, or matching outcomes.
• This compensation creates a material conflict of interest, and users should assess Professionals independently before engagement.

Third-Party Services & Data Collection

• Rep Finder uses third-party services, including Google Analytics, Airtable, and Stripe, and, to facilitate analytics, payment processing, marketing communications, and customer relationship management.
• These third-party services handle user data according to their respective privacy policies. Rep Finder does not control how these third parties process user data.

No Professional Advice Or Fiduciary Relationship

• Rep Finder does not provide advertising, media buying or planning advice.
• Rep Finder is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any Professional’s services.
• Users are solely responsible for verifying the credentials and qualifications of any Professional before engagement.

Independent Verification & Due Diligence

• While Sam’s List may verify certain credentials of Professionals, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or ongoing validity of any information provided.
• Users must conduct their own due diligence before engaging any Professional.

No Endorsements Or Guarantees

• Sam’s List does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the services of any Professional listed on the platform.
• Users engage with Professionals at their own discretion and risk.
• Samslist LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from user interactions with Professionals.

Termination & Modifications

• Sam’s List may terminate access to the Platform for users or Professionals who violate these Terms.
• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided via email or on the Platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
• Class Action Waiver: Users agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in any class action or collective proceeding.

Privacy & Data Security

• Sam’s List takes data privacy seriously and complies with applicable regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
